WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE TWO ALBUM PAGE THICKNESSES?
Both of our album page thickness options are flushmount, layflat, seamless and rigid, one is just slightly thicker than the other.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO I NEED TO SEND FOR MY ALBUM DESIGN?
The number of images required depends on the number of pages in your album. Please see below our recommendations
20 page album - between 30 - 100 images
30 page album - between 100 - 150 images
40 page album - between 150 - 200 images
50 page album - between 200 - 250 images
HOW DO I SEND MY IMAGES FOR MY ALBUM DESIGN?
Images can be uploaded directly as a part of the order and checkout process.
Alternatively you can send us your images using an online file transfer platform such as Dropbox, We Transfer, or your online client gallery.

WHAT COVER MATERIALS DO YOU OFFER?
Our albums are available with a range of different cover materials and colours, we currently offer linen, leather look, genuine leather and acrylic photocover.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN BASIC, CUSTOM AND 50/50 ALBUM DESIGN?
Basic album design takes a simple approach to the layout of each page, resulting in a clean and simple album design with no overlaying images. Custom album design is individually designed to suit your style, images and branding. Custom album design is creative, individual and unique for every album and includes overlaying images, borders and faded backgrounds. 50/50 album design, as the name suggests, is a mix of both basic and custom album design. All of our album design options include online album proofing and unlimited design changes.
DO YOU ONLY DESIGN WEDDING ALBUMS?
We can design albums for any occasion including but not limited to wedding albums, portrait albums, engagement albums, maternity + newborn albums, formal albums and family albums.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INITIAL ONLINE ALBUM PROOF?
You will receive an email containing a link and password to your online album proof within 5-10 working days of ordering your album and sending your images.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept direct deposit, Paypal and Zip, other payment options will be considered on request.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive your order in approximately 2 weeks from the date your invoice is paid.
DO YOU OFFER STUDIO DISPLAY DISCOUNT?
Yes, studio display discount is available for both album design and albums. Three studio display albums can be purchased each calendar year at a discount of 40%. Please note studio display albums will have STUDIO DISPLAY printed on the outside of the back cover of the album. Please use promotional code STUDIODISPLAY when ordering.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN ALBUM DESIGN?
Yes, you are welcome to provide your own album design, layouts need to be provided as a double page spread jpeg file measuring the exact dimensions of the album, e.g.: 10x10 inch album = 10x20 inch jpeg file. Jpeg files need to be provided at 300dpi and named "Layout 1, Layout 2 etc". Please note all albums start and finish on a double page spread, so all layouts need to be designed as a double page spread. Providing your own album design will incur a small $10 ordering fee.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ALBUM OR PRINTS?
Each order is hand checked against our quality control requirements before being shipped. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and you love it, we also understand that things can happen along the way. If you receive your order damaged or not as you expected please take pictures of the defect and email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to guarantee you are happy and satisfied.
